However, Frankel Design Build is here to guide our landowners through the process of designing and building their custom ranch home from scratch! The possiblities are endless, and nothing is too custom.

Built on Independence

Each ranch is built with the option to be managed and maintained in a turnkey manor, providing you with a self sustaining and energy efficient property. We offer Home Care specialists that can oversee landscaping, pool maintenance, mechanical and electrical equipment service, as well as providing general help to our ranch owners, allowing you to come and go with ease.
